  Dropping some documents into this clinic on Friday when I witnessed such a lovely sight in that the receptionist who appeared to be working on her own showed 10/10 customer service and passion for her role.  A lady with a short bob auburn coloured hair took the time to leave the desk and help an elderly gentleman on his walker from reception to outside the clinic  and assisted him further down to his car.  In this busy fast world we live this brought a smile to my face that a young woman took the time to help this man particularly when it was apparent that she was the only one there with patients in the waiting room.
  Well done, left a good feeling, you obviously love your job and the passion shows
