  Went to Flight Centre ? Mid February with my son to enquire
  about putting an itinerary together for him. Its now July.
  Called at the Ascot office last Wednesday Was told just needs to be "typed Up" and will be ready the next day. Went the next day . Told will be ready the next day (Friday) . Went on Tuesday 4 July. Was totally ignored by the Consultant. Not even acknowledged .I stood in her line of sight, whilst she was dealing with another client.
  I am a repeat client at Ascot Flight Centre. I have been using Flight Centre for the last 35 yrs.
  Loyalty is a 2 way street.
  Left my Phone number. Will she call me? Stay tuned!!
  Looking forward to hearing from " The Owner"
  Just in case you want to know who is consultant , its P.M
  Its now Friday 7 July.
  Still havent heard anything.

  Excellent service at Flight Centre Ascot ! We have booked several holidays with Carlee & I have recommended Carlee & her team to many family and friends.   I have been dealing with Tiegan to help me put together my first overseas adventure as a solo traveller. She has, with ease, put together my flight itinerary, booked hotels in cities I was unsure of where was best and was able to easily identify certain aspects of travel that I, as a newbie to overseas travel, had overlooked. Flight changes I wanted were completed without fuss. Travel insurance covered. Communication with Tiegan has been easy and questions promptly answered. Highly recommended and will get in touch once again for my next trip. Thank you once again Tiegan for your professionalism and travel knowledge - I jet away with peace of mind.

  I called in 2 weeks ago and gave Penny details (including an email outlining our requirements) for return travel from Sweden to BNE and left after a promise FROM penny to call me the next day with a possible itinerary. I discovered today she is the 'manager!' WOW!
  
  I'm STILL waiting, penny - TWO WEEKS ON!!!! You'd get ZERO stars (if it were possible) for your ZERO effort!
  
  I highly recommend Sonia from Sonia Jones Travel. From the day I contacted her, Sonia's ability and diligence to address (and meet) our travel needs were exemplary. Communication - 5 stars; following the brief - 5 stars; customer satisfaction - 5 stars!!

  I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie one of the flight centre employees here. And she was so helpful. Originally my flights hadn't been published which made me think I hadn't purchased them ! Natalie instantly put me at ease and helped me find them and assured me everything was going to be OK and sorted for my flight plan. She went above and beyond to make me feel better. I will 100% be dealing woth nataliw for any future flights or trips I take. Thank you !
